Single-channel video projection (bulb, fan, projector), 2007

A light bulb hangs on its own cable above a resting fan that blows upwards and makes it move in a regular circular way. A projector illuminates this scene and shows two shadows that move in the same manner as their real counterpart. In Bulbs all components of the installation like projection, light, shadow, movement, digital and analog loop, reality and digital representation are tools and subjects at the same time.
